Commercial Loan Officer RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate the needs of potential clients and offer suitable financial products, services, and loans. Promote and cross-sell additional products and services to meet client requirements. Foster ongoing relationships with current clients to maintain goodwill and explore additional business opportunities. Generate new business to achieve annual growth targets. Prepare and compile client information to facilitate the opening of new accounts. Gather and analyze financial data to help assess the creditworthiness of prospective clients. Prepare loan memos and documentation for loan approval submissions. Ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate. Commercial Loan Officer QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field or financial services preferred. Proven experience working directly with customers, from support staff to business owners and managers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated through previous interactions with decision makers. Ability to prepare and coordinate proposals, review for accuracy, and navigate the underwriting process effectively.
