Summer Camp Nurse Department People & Culture Job Status Part-Time Reports To Compliance Manager Job Type Temporary Positions Supervised Summer Staff FLSA Status Exempt Amount of Travel 0% Work Schedule M-Th 8am-5pm; flexible schedule possible POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Summer Camp Nurse is responsible for treating scholar injuries and sudden ailments, the Summer Nurse may also support scholars with chronic illnesses and disabilities - for example, by administering medication when necessary. The Summer Camp Nurse will also promote health-related habits (e.g. proper hand-washing) and ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services policies.
