Industry Hospitality Type Privately Held, Private Equity-backed Founded 2013 Employees 11-50 Categories Consumer Discretionary Travel & Leisure About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Growth and Business Development to lead our expansion efforts through strategic partnerships, hotel management agreements, and additional growth channels. In this pivotal leadership role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, develop a strong deal pipeline, and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the hospitality sector, particularly in sourcing and closing hotel management agreements or similar contracts. As the ambassador of our business development initiatives, you will represent our brand at external meetings, industry events, and conferences, necessitating exceptional negotiation and presentation skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of market trends. To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 12 years' experience in business development, brand growth, or portfolio expansion in hospitality, accompanied by a strong network of real estate owners and partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine passion for innovative hospitality and the outdoors are essential for success in this role. In addition to leading the negotiation of partnership agreements, you will collaborate with internal teams to align deal terms with company objectives and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives to our executive team.
