Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic

What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations. Install, repair, and upgrade mechanical systems and components. Collaborate with operations staff to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment. Capability to safely operate tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and specifications. Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands Work involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces as required. Manual dexterity needed to operate tools, equipment, and machinery.
