As a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery lead, you will be responsible for consulting and engineering projects, tailoring Google Cloud solutions to meet client needs. Collaborating with Accenture's global delivery teams, you will provide superior technical expertise and product innovation to execute complex technology solutions effectively. This role requires you to guide project teams and serve as an expert in specific Google Cloud technologies/products. Key responsibilities include: Practice Leadership & People Management: Lead a practice of Google Cloud engineers, defining best practices and mentoring for professional growth. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead on-shore and off-shore project teams, conducting reviews and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure excellence in delivery. Product Portfolio: Serve as a key technical advisor for sales and delivery, leveraging expertise to drive continuous innovation. Hands-On Technical Execution: Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud. Client-Facing Relationships: Engage with clients to understand their objectives, translating them into innovative solutions while addressing unique challenges. Champion of Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Promote modern engineering and Agile practices, coaching teams for high-quality software delivery. Multi-Project Delivery & Accountability: Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent client projects with a focus on quality and stakeholder relationships. Expert Delivery across the Google Cloud Ecosystem: Leverage your expertise to lead high-impact solutions in various Google Cloud domains including: Data & AI: Build analytics and data pipelines with tools like BigQuery and Dataflow. Generative & Agentic AI: Design AI solutions using Vertex AI and advanced models. Security Operations: Develop integrated solutions for modern security operations platforms. Marketing Intelligence: Create data-driven marketing solutions by integrating customer data. Customer Engagement: Customize solutions like Contact Center AI to enhance client interactions. Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Implement solutions using Google Kubernetes Engine and modern CI/CD practices. Workplace & Collaboration Solutions: Build integrations for Google Workspace, automating workflows with APIs. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Minimum of 8 years in a hands-on, client-facing technology role. At least 5 years of practical experience architecting solutions on Google Cloud Platform. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, with experience in team management and mentoring. Experience managing global project teams and multiple project streams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Consulting experience in solution delivery and stakeholder management. Expertise in engineering best practices and operating models. Industry or functional expertise in relevant solution domains. Deep knowledge of the GCP ecosystem and experience with specific tools. Experience with Google Workspace APIs for building custom automation integrations. Hands-on experience with contact center technologies. Multiple Google Cloud Professional certifications.
