Senior Genesys Cloud Automation Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Genesys Cloud Automation Engineer! We are looking for an experienced engineer who is ready to take on exciting challenges in large-scale Genesys Cloud projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute large-scale Genesys Cloud projects from conception through to completion. Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. Mentor and lead fellow engineers, promoting a collaborative team environment and supporting professional development. Oversee the Contact Center implementation and support throughout all stages of the project life cycle. Communicate effectively with internal teams, other IT divisions, customers, clients, and partners, ensuring clarity and understanding. Be available for on-call support in case of emergencies or outages. Adhere to department implementation standards and change control processes. Analyze existing and new voice and data networks and recommend effective solutions. Create and modify necessary artifacts and deliverables, including those related to change management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, including advanced configuration, architecture design, and system integrations. Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic technology vision that aligns with business goals. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to troubleshooting. Experience in call flow development using the Genesys Architect tool. Familiarity with software such as Wireshark, MS Server, DHCP/DNS, MS Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi, MS Visio, and MS Office. Proficient in software development languages and technologies, including Java, C#.NET, Python, and PHP. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to the audience and context. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and certifications related to Genesys, Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud, and VMware. Experience working with State and Federal Government projects. Minimum salary of $123,440.00 and maximum of $185,160.00, with additional benefits.
