Full-Time | In-PersonLead Critical Environmental Infrastructure Projects.Marolf Environmental is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee packaged wastewater treatment system projects from design through completion.This role requires strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, proven project management experience, and the ability to manage client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead packaged wastewater treatment system projects from conception through completionDevelop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plansTrack progress to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryManage multiple projects simultaneouslyTechnical OversightReview and approve system designs and specificationsGuide treatment process selection and equipment sizingTroubleshoot performance and operational issuesStay current with wastewater technologies and regulationsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agenciesPrepare reports and project updatesManage contract requirements and expectationsSupport proposals and business development effortsTeam LeadershipSupervise engineers, technicians, and contractorsCoordinate cross-functional project teamsMonitor performance and accountabilityQuality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with regulatory standardsEnforce safety protocolsOversee development of operation & maintenance manualsQualifications3+ years of project management experience (Required)1+ year of underground utilities experience (Required)Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and equipmentProficiency in project management software and CAD programsExcellent communication and leadership skillsValid Driver"s License (Required)Ability to travel to project sites and work in wastewater environmentsWhy Join Marolf Environmental?We design and deliver wastewater treatment systems that support essential environmental infrastructure.
