Your Responsibilities Include: Crafting and guiding the organizational data strategy, setting long-term goals and actionable roadmaps for execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering insights based on data and facilitating alignment across business and technology sectors. Developing and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring everyone is aligned with strategic priorities and clear on the path forward. Leading the execution of strategic initiatives across various functions, establishing governance frameworks, removing obstacles, and ensuring consistent delivery. Translating intricate business requirements into actionable data capabilities that enhance decision-making and overall organizational performance. Keeping a pulse on industry trends and new technologies to refine our strategy continually and offer thought leadership. Key Qualifications: 8 - 10+ years of experience in strategic consulting, enterprise strategy, product management, or large-scale transformation projects. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders while navigating ambiguity. In-depth knowledge of data strategy, governance, and enterprise data practices. Outstanding communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling abilities. Demonstrated success in steering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a matrixed environment. Remote Work Requirements: Must maintain a high-speed DSL or cable modem at home. Internet costs will be reimbursed for employees residing in California. Minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) required. Satellite and Wireless Internet services are not permitted for this position. A quiet, dedicated workspace to protect sensitive information and comply with HIPAA standards. Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The compensation range reflects an estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and the individual’s qualifications. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
