Job Full Description Job Title: Sorter Location: Joliet, IL Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional overtime may be offered) Start Date: ASAP Job Summary We are seeking reliable associates to join our team as Sorter. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting egg crates and cardboard materials while supporting production operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, full-time work with the potential for hire-on based on performance. Key Responsibilities Sort egg crates. Sort cardboard. Operate balers (one associate will be assigned to operate two balers). Assist with racking breakdown and miscellaneous sorting tasks as needed. Follow all safety and company procedures. Requirements Steel-toe shoes (required). Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment. Background check required. Drug test (excluding THC) may be required post-accident or upon reasonable suspicion. Provided by Company Safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves. Forklift certification opportunity for associates who demonstrate strong performance and compatibility with company standards.
