Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Greetings! I m actively seeking a Physician with geriatrics experience for a full-time Locums assignment 6 months with the option to extend or transition to perm. Position Details: • Specialty: Geriatrics (MD/DO) • Certifications: BC/BE, BLS, DEA, Active CA License • Experience: 1 2+ years preferred • Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing: days) • Schedule: 3 days/week ideally Tue/Thu + a 3rd flexible day, or5 day coverage split between DTLA and Lawndale (3/2 mix) • On-Call: None • Patient Volume: 10 patients/day • Procedures/Cases: Primary care & chronic care management • EMR: Practice Velocity • Additional Info: Open to FM or IM physicians Focus on primary care, chronic care & medication management for a fragile population If you re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, let s connect!
