Position Overview As a Fundraising Outreach Coordinator, you will represent our nonprofit partners at community events, retail locations, and outreach sites. Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners at community events and actively engage with the public to raise awareness and funds. Contribute to charity campaigns through direct outreach and face-to-face marketing efforts. Assist with the setup and execution of outreach activities. Work alongside experienced team members to learn hands-on event and sales strategies. Aim to achieve and exceed weekly outreach and fundraising goals. Qualifications Driven and passionate about supporting charitable causes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with the public. Goal-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is a plus, but training will be provided. Compensation Performance-based pay structure.
