License: Current New Jersey RN License. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a NICU setting. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification. Responsibilities: Needs Post Partum Experience Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing care plans as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
