Project Manager

Job Description HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Project manager to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.In this role, the candidate will be tasked with determining project scope, goals, milestones, and short-term objectives for the development team. The candidate will also take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval. Responsibilities: Manage the project scope and timeline effectively, ensuring all aspects stay on track. Develop and maintain the project schedule and management plan using Microsoft Project and other tools. Create essential project documentation, including the vision statement, project charter, and team charter. Apply both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) methodologies as appropriate for each project. Design and understand use case, sequence, activity diagrams, and workflows to clarify project requirements. Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog management, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Resolve conflicts and remove any obstacles that may impact progress. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. Guide development teams to achieve higher Scrum maturity, fostering a productive environment where team members take ownership and enjoy working on the product. RequirementsHands on experience in creating project schedule and project management plan. Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools. Must have experience in creating Vision statement document, Project charter and Team charter. Should have experience on Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies. Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must. Must have PMP Certification.
