LVN/LPN Long Term Care

Job details: Position: LVN/LPN - Long Term Care Specialty: Long Term Care Location: Lake Orion , MI Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Shift time: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours/Day: 12 Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week Weekend Requirements: every other weekend On Call Requirements: None JOB SUMMARY: Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Education: Associate's degree from an accredited university Experience: Previous geriatric experience preferred Licensure: Current RN/LPN licensure from the State of Michigan Skills: Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Must demonstrate computer literacy including use of computer programs and applications. Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.
