This role is critical in modernizing our ERP ecosystem to build a smarter, more efficient financial operating system. You'll be stepping into a key leadership position that transcends conventional SAP operations and requires a hands-on attitude to redefine our platform’s architecture, strategy, and technical execution. As a successful candidate, you will set the long-term vision and possess the authority to drive substantial enhancements to the platform to adapt to our company’s growing needs. Your responsibilities will encompass: Defining and executing a comprehensive multi-year strategy. Transforming legacy workflows for improved efficiency. Leading our engineering team to deliver on strategic goals. Achieving significant business results, including faster close cycles, heightened automation, and greater visibility of working capital. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing enterprise-scale SAP or ERP environments, along with a robust technical grasp of various SAP platforms. You should be adept at modernizing complex SAP infrastructures, leading global teams, and effectively engaging with senior stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
