IT Systems Management Analyst

Role: IT Systems Management Analyst Location: Chaska, MN Night Shift - 9 PM to 7 AM CST. Less experience with Batch scheduling tools 1-2 year minimum. Less with Mainframe online systems as well 1-2 years. Job Description o Support 120+ Mainframe and Distributed Applications with their batch runs (app 12 million runs per mo.) o Work with application support teams on remediation of batch failures, understanding tight SLAs are in play. o Using appropriate monitoring tools, ensure any delays to batch are dealt with through proper escalations. o Provide vendor oversight by escorting vendors into the Data Center for break/fix events and scheduled changes. Technical Skills o Knowledge of Batch Scheduling tools such as BMC, TWS, or CA7 (3-5 years) o Working knowledge of Mainframe online systems such as CICS, DB2 (3 to 5 years) o ITIL Certification (Practitioner) o Data Center Best Practices o Experienced with Incident, Change and Problem Management (HPSM, Service Now, Remedy)
