Your Responsibilities as a PTA: Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a Physical Therapist Implement established care plans while ensuring safety and effectiveness Monitor and communicate patient responses and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and families on home exercise regimens and functional activities Document treatments and interactions promptly and accurately according to CORA policies Foster effective communication with patients, families, and team members Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive work culture and ongoing improvement Qualifications Needed: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible PTA license in Florida Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for outpatient physical therapy and a commitment to professional growth New graduates are encouraged to apply!
