Job Duties The Outdoor Power Equipment Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of small engine products, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. The role involves: Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicles. Assisting customers with loading/unloading products, locating parts, and answering repair inquiries. Documenting repairs accurately on work orders and tracking units within the shop. Managing warranty claims efficiently to ensure timely processing. Communicating with customers regarding work completion dates. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on repair techniques. Consistently demonstrating awareness of loss prevention and safety policies. Qualifications To be considered for this position, a successful applicant must: Be 18 years of age or older. Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend. Have prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience. Possess customer service experience. Have experience in a retail environment. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
