Cardiologist Advisory Board Member ATCA is seeking a nationally respected cardiologist to join its Medical Advisory Board and provide strategic clinical leadership in support of an innovative precision medicine platform focused on Alzheimer’s disease and related cognitive disorders. We are looking for a cardiology leader with expertise in cardiovascular risk stratification, vascular contributions to cognitive impairment, preventive cardiology, heart/brain axis research, cardiometabolic optimization, autonomic function, advanced diagnostics, and longitudinal risk management. As ATCA advances the integration of precision diagnostics, biomarker driven risk assessment, and personalized care pathways, we recognize the critical role cardiovascular health plays in cognitive resilience, neurodegenerative risk modification, and overall physiologic stability. As a Cardiology Advisory Board Member, you will provide high level strategic guidance to ensure ATCA’s care models incorporate evidence-based cardiovascular screening, vascular risk reduction, inflammation modulation, metabolic optimization, and hemodynamic management as central components of comprehensive cognitive care. Your leadership will help ensure that cardiovascular biomarkers, imaging strategies, risk algorithms, and preventive interventions are implemented with clinical rigor, scalability, and measurable outcomes. Through this role, ATCA aims to strengthen the integration of cardiology into its precision care framework supporting earlier intervention, improved cerebral perfusion, reduced vascular burden, enhanced systemic resilience, and more personalized longitudinal care for individuals at risk for or experiencing cognitive decline. If you are a forward-thinking cardiology leader committed to advancing brain health through cardiovascular precision medicine and interdisciplinary innovation, we welcome the opportunity to connect. About Alzheimer’s Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) Alzheimer’s Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Personalized Precision Medicine to transform the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and cognitive impairment, including brain fog associated with Long COVID. This is about delivering structured, data driven treatment to patients today. ATCA goes beyond traditional diagnosis to identify underlying contributors to neurodegeneration and cognitive dysfunction, implementing individualized treatment protocols designed to slow progression and improve functional outcomes. Our multidisciplinary leadership team includes experienced healthcare executives, neuroscientists, AI engineers, and clinical specialists working together to deploy a scalable, neurologist supported clinic model nationwide. As we expand, we are building a governance framework supported by senior physician leaders who understand clinical rigor, operational scalability, and health system integration. Why Now? Growing Community Need: Our Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter clinic is fully operational and actively treating patients in a high visibility medical corridor adjacent to Cleveland Clinic. Originally launched in a former urgent care space to enable rapid deployment, the clinic reached capacity quickly, with appointments booked months in advance reflecting significant unmet demand for proactive cognitive care. Three additional clinics are in development, with broader national expansion underway. ATCA is building a repeatable, specialist supported specialty model that expands access to structured cognitive evaluation and longitudinal management while maintaining clinical rigor and operational scalability. Seamless System Integration: ATCA’s care model integrates within the existing healthcare ecosystem. Treatments are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major commercial insurers, reducing barriers to access and accelerating patient adoption. Focused on Outcomes: In a study utilizing ATCA’s AI driven protocol, 75% of patients with mild cognitive impairment demonstrated no further cognitive decline. This represents a data driven, proactive approach that complements traditional management pathways and emphasizes measurable outcomes. Advanced Therapeutic Options: Eligible patients may have access to TB006, an FDA approved therapy available for compassionate use, providing a potential treatment pathway for certain dementias, including Alzheimer’s disease. Physician Supported: ATCA’s protocols are backed by an experienced Medical Advisory Board of top doctors and scientists. As we expand nationally, we are strengthening this advisory infrastructure with senior surgical leaders who bring expertise in clinical governance, quality assurance, scalability, and system-based care delivery. See our Medical Advisory Board: Key Achievements Proprietary AI Precision Engine: ATCA has built and deployed a defensible AI driven precision medicine platform that optimizes Alzheimer’s treatment at the individual patient level, creating strong clinical differentiation and long-term data network effects. High Margin, Replicable Clinic Model: Engineered a scalable specialty clinic platform targeting 44% EBITDA margins, driven by optimized staffing ratios, high-acuity service mix, and strong reimbursement dynamics designed for rapid multi-market expansion. Massive, Underserved Market Opportunity: Positioned to capture share in a $355B U.S. Alzheimer’s market and a $1.5T global opportunity, addressing one of the largest and fastest growing unmet needs in healthcare. Embedded Revenue Generating Research Infrastructure: Integrated micro research capabilities within each clinic to generate real world evidence, pharmaceutical partnerships, clinical trial participation, and recurring high margin ancillary revenue streams. Responsibilities Include Clinical Governance & Cardiovascular Oversight: Provide board level strategic guidance to ensure evidence based cardiovascular prevention frameworks, vascular risk reduction protocols, hemodynamic optimization standards, patient safety strategies, and alignment with national cardiology guidelines and quality benchmarks as the organization expands across multiple markets and care settings. Cardiovascular Programmatic Scalability & Service Line Architecture: Advise executive leadership on the development and replication of high performing, scalable cardiovascular care models that support precision risk stratification, longitudinal vascular and cognitive risk reduction, multisite growth, and consistent quality across virtual, outpatient, specialty, and community integrated environments. Quality, Data & Outcomes Strategy: Guide the strategic direction of cardiovascular focused metrics, heart/brain health dashboards, biomarker informed risk algorithms, advanced imaging integration, longitudinal cardiometabolic and cognitive outcome tracking, and enterprise analytics alignment to ensure measurable clinical impact, reproducibility, and continuous performance improvement. Executive & Interdisciplinary Alignment: Partner with executive leadership and multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders to ensure cardiology insights, vascular optimization strategies, arrhythmia management frameworks, and metabolic risk reduction initiatives support coordinated, patient centered neurocognitive care and system wide operational alignment. Technology & Innovation Stewardship: Provide governance level oversight on the responsible evaluation and adoption of advanced cardiovascular diagnostics, remote hemodynamic monitoring, wearable integration, AI enabled risk modeling systems, digital twin simulations, and scalable precision cardiology infrastructure to enhance early detection, intervention timing, efficiency, and interoperability. Health System Strategy & Reimbursement Alignment: Advise on cardiovascular regulatory compliance, quality reporting frameworks, value based care alignment, reimbursement strategy, payer engagement, and financial sustainability models to ensure responsible growth within integrated health systems and population health environments. Strategic Risk & Growth Advisory: Offer high level insight on governance maturity, enterprise cardiovascular risk reduction strategy, heart/brain pathway standardization, workforce sustainability, clinical integration across specialties, and scalable growth strategy while maintaining clinical excellence, measurable outcomes, and long term reduction in vascular contributions to cognitive decline. Why Join Us? Strategic Influence: Shape the governance architecture of rapidly expanding AI enabled brain health platforms. Board Level Engagement: Contribute at the advisory level without day to day operational responsibility. Impact at Scale: Help ensure innovative cognitive care models expand responsibly while preserving the highest standards of neurosurgical oversight.
