Pride Health is hiring an Interviewer /Insurance Risk / Customer Service Rep to support our client’s medical facility in Lees Summit, M O. This is a 4+ month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Title: Interviewer /Insurance Risk / Customer Service Rep Location: Lees Summit, MO 64063 Pay Rate: $17/hr. on W2. Duration: 4+ Months Shift: M – F 8:00AM – 5:00PM / 9:00AM - 6:00PMPay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications. Position Summary Conduct outbound telephone interviews for life insurance applicants. Collect detailed medical, financial, occupational, and lifestyle (avocation) information. Ensure accuracy and quality by reviewing and editing information during each call. Document call attempts, results, and applicant details using C4 system, Dialer, and Avaya phone system. Follow specific guidelines and requirements for multiple client companies. Maintain professionalism when interacting with applicants, clients, staff, and management. Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards. Meet production-based performance metrics in a call center environment. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read scripts verbatim, including medical terminology. Comfortable working in a production-driven call center environment. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Must complete full training and cannot miss training days. Training & Schedule Details Training: 1 week, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Must pass a mock call and first live call before being released to phones. Available Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Central Time). Calls must be completed even if they extend past scheduled shift end time. Training attendance is mandatory and cannot be made up.
