With three locations—Fort Myers, Naples, and Estero—the organization is actively adding staff to support increased patient demand. The Fort Myers location is the largest site and is the priority for this hire. They are seeking either a Physical Therapist (preferred) or Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative team of 8 PTs and PTAs. This is a direct‑hire opportunity with salary approved at the CEO level and strong earning potential through RVU‑based commissions. PTs are scarce in the area, and the organization is actively working with multiple agencies to fill this role quickly.
