Job Description End-to-end leadership: Directly manage the full lifecycle of tenant improvement and interior renovation projects from pre-construction through final closeout. On-site coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with an elite in-house team of tradespeople and subcontractors to maintain aggressive schedules in occupied spaces. Client advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, providing proactive solutions that embody the firm's commitment to "total client satisfaction." Financial oversight: Oversee project budgets, procurement, and cost-tracking to ensure every project meets financial targets without compromising quality. Safety & precision: Implement rigorous safety and quality standards tailored to sensitive environments, ensuring zero disruption to ongoing client operations.
