Physicians are employed directly with the hospitalists program On average 7, 24-hour shifts per month to achieve full-time employment status No call - enjoy a work-life balance The Women s Care physician staff provides back-up coverage when needed Our physicians enjoy working hard when they are working and being completely off when they are not.
