Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent Physician

Faith based and well-respected mental health practice seeks 2 Psychiatrists one in Adult and one in Child and Adolescent South Bend, Indiana, Elkhart or Goshen Indiana! This new Psychiatrist will get to be apart of a group that has been providing high quality services for 60 years to their communities! This role will be integral to the group s success in 2022 and 2023. About: 16 psychiatrists, 8 health MDs, 14 NPs 60 years in practice with 860 employees NHSC sites 4 locations plus a 16-bed inpatient unit This role: Mon-fri 8-5, outpatient- 1 - 24-hour call (Mon-thur) every 3 weeks. Plus 4 weekends a year in inpatient rounding 250k yr salary plus up to 60k in bonuses, 27 PTO days, 5 days CME, NHSC loans repaid 75-minute evals, 30 Min follow ups. 2 evals a day We are looking for a team player, someone organized with their time and processes, will hustle, and see a good number of patients to help the demand in the community for your services, someone who is personable and cares
