Brand new Hybrid model - Skilled Nursing Facility coverage will be incorporated into the Hospitalist program with a 7on 7off- days. Program needs compassionate physicians to join the team. The practice is expanding and with a brand new facility almost complete now is the perfect time to join in. The ideal candidate will be Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Hospitalist trained with experience in SNF's. This position provides a generous salary of $239,000 o $250,000. In addition to your salary you will also receive a sign on bonus of $20,000, relocation assistance, CME stipend, health insurance, disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 403B pension plan with employer contribution, paid time off and a productivity bonus program!
