Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care Reassess progress and adjust treatments Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired Help patients return to meaningfulactivities (sports, lifting, parenting, life) Requirements Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist Solid clinical reasoning Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health (Newgradswelcome — structured mentorship provided) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 Caseload intentionally capped tomaintaincare quality.
