Physical Therapist — Quality Care, ~12 Patients/Day (Westborough, MA) Most outpatient PTsaren’tburned out on patients. They’re burned out on volume . WhatYour Day Actually Looks Like ~12 patients per day One-on-one focused care (not tech-run treatments) Occasional lightoverlapfor flow — not high-volume scheduling Documentation time built into the schedule You leave on time most days We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput. Clinical decisions are made in the clinic — not by a spreadsheet or regional manager. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care Reassess progress and adjust treatments Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired Help patients return to meaningfulactivities (sports, lifting, parenting, life) Requirements Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist Solid clinical reasoning Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health (Newgradswelcome — structured mentorship provided) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 Caseload intentionally capped tomaintaincare quality.
