The Neurodivergent Collective is hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, client-centered setting and is ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of neurodivergent adults in residential care. As an integral part of our clinical team, you will report directly to the Clinical Director and: Run group sessions (up to 6 clients) on ADLs/IADLs, self-regulation, community reintegration, and food education Provide individual therapy aligned with client-specific treatment goals Conduct assessments and track progress to help clients build sustainable, independent routines Job Summary & Requirements: Facilitate group and individual sessions with residential clients in Newport Beach, CA Evaluate and treat clients using formal and informal assessments Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence Maintain documentation per clinical and compliance standards Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field Valid California OT license CPR/First Aid Certification, health screening, and criminal record clearance Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED 1 year of full-time experience (or part-time equivalent) working with individuals with mental disabilities Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet up to 75% of the day Must be mobile and physically capable of meeting diverse client needs Comfortable with occasional exposure to unpredictable behavior or emotional intensity What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Small, focused caseload for deeper clinical impact Meaningful work in a neurodiversity-affirming environment Ongoing training, supervision, and support for your growth Pay: $95–$105/hour Client Caseload: Maximum of 10 Location: In Person - Newport Beach, CA Position Type: Part-Time | Non-Exempt
