Your Role: As a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will:Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performanceDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansProvide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restorationCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teamsEducate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendationsComplete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards RequirementsDegree from an accredited Physical Therapy programPhysical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practiceStrong communication and clinical reasoning skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Benefits Why Therapists Choose H2 Health!
