You'll play a key role in month-end close, cash reporting, and project billing, while also working directly with operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to both corporate and project-based accounting and develop expertise that can accelerate your career.What You'll DoPrepare daily cash reports, journal entries, and account reconciliationsSupport month-end close and preparation of financial statementsAnalyze job costs and revenue across projectsMaintain fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet accountsReview invoices and lien releases for accuracy and complianceCollaborate with operations to ensure billing completenessContribute to ad hoc projects and process improvementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent exp.)2+ years of accounting experience; construction experience a plusStrong Excel and Word skills; Viewpoint Vista, Textura, or AGC Billing a bonusDetail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlinesExcellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environmentInterested in hearing more?
