Director of Nursing (DON) – Rochester, NY $120K–$140K | Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation Are you an experienced RN leader ready to take the reins of a high-performing nursing team ? Our Rochester skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, drive quality care, and develop a stable, high-performing nursing team . This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where your decisions directly impact resident outcomes, regulatory excellence, and staff development .
