Mission Centered Federally Qualified Community Health Center seeking an Internal Medicine Physicians in the Boston MA area! Milford, Framingham or Worcester, Mass! Contact: Anna Craig, NOWHealthcare Company : 55 years in practice 400 team members total from 36 different countries - over 12% are trilingual - mainly fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese over 105 providers 5 locations Benefits and Features : Excellent comprehensive benefits package (health, life, vision & dental) Retirement Plan Comp Structure: $200,000 - $240,000 / year 0-1.9 years of experience = $200,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive paid out quarterly based on having all your notes closed by the end of every month. 2-5.9 years of experience = $210,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive 6+ years of experience = $220,000 base salary plus $10,000 bonus incentive Medical Director opening in Milford - $240,000/yr. HPS Loan Repayment: Providers who commit to working for us for 2 years will be awarded $50,000 of loan repayment. Provider s Role with the Company : • Full-time clinicians are scheduled for eight clinical sessions (32 hours total) and two administrative sessions (8 hours total) each week. Administrative sessions can be completed remotely . • The work-day is split into two clinical sessions. The morning session (8am-12noon) and the afternoon session (1pm-5pm, last appointment scheduled around 4:20). • Call responsibilities are light and can be taken by phone only. Either 2 week-day call shifts a month or one weekend call shift a month • Part Time or Full Time Roles Available.
