Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Dallas, TX Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as an Anesthesiology Physician and Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Anesthesiology Physician to join our esteemed medical team. Required Skills: Valid medical license and board certification in Anesthesiology Proven ability to perform general anesthesia procedures Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in patient monitoring and adjustment of anesthesia as needed Nice to Have Skills: Experience with outpatient or ambulatory surgery centers Familiarity with anesthesia for ENT procedures and minimal trauma cases Prior experience working in fast-paced surgical environments Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with specialized training in Anesthesiology Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in anesthesia Prior work experience in a diverse hospital or surgical setting Other Requirements: Availability to start on or after April 1, 2026 Ability to work 5 shifts per week, primarily 10-hour daytime shifts Flexibility to adapt to schedule and case variations Willingness to follow the established schedule, which may include rotations to cover cases starting as early as 6:30 AM Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current Must comply with all relevant state, federal, and local employment laws and regulations This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $318.63, coupled with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
