Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist – Acute Inpatient & Swing Bed (Days, 5x8s) Location: Park Falls, WI Shift: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts 0800–1200 & 1230–1630 (40 hours/week guaranteed) No weekends | No holidays We are seeking a motivated and independent Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract opportunity in an Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed (Rehab) setting. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, patient-centered care, and working in a supportive rehab environment. Position Details: Setting: Acute Inpatient & Swing Bed (Rehab) May assist with outpatient coverage if time allows Patients per day: 7–11 Common Diagnoses: Generalized weakness related to illness Pneumonia COVID CHF COPD (No critical care – primarily Medical/Surgical & LTC population) Focus on ADLs and morning evaluations Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform evaluations and daily treatments Thorough documentation in Cerner EMR Work independently as the primary inpatient/swing bed therapist Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Clock in/out at facility per policy Requirements: Active State Occupational Therapy License BLS (AHA) required Minimum 1 year of experience (outside of clinical rotations) Strong communication and independent work skills Additional Information: EMR: Cerner Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Contract Length: 13 weeks Apply Now!
