Neonatal PA's / NP's Locums | Maryland | Ongoing Need We are actively seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for an ongoing Neonatal locum assignment in Maryland . Facility Overview Hospital-based NICU setting with collaborative clinical support. Providers will work alongside attending physicians and fellows in a Level IV NICU environment . EMR: Epic Assignment Details Start: ASAP – 6 months Setting: Inpatient / Hospital – Level IV NICU Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Minimum 12 shifts per month Full-time schedule typically 3 shifts per week ⚠ Highest need: Night shifts ✅ Requirements Active MD state license (or eligibility) Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NNP Certification (NCC) BLS and NRP required Experience in NICU / Neonatal care preferred This Opportunity Offers ✔ High-acuity Level IV NICU experience ✔ Collaborative care model with attending physicians and fellows ✔ Flexible rotating schedule ✔ Epic EMR system ✔ Consistent coverage need for 6 months If you are a Neonatal NP or experienced PA interested in NICU coverage , I would be happy to connect and discuss the details further.
