ABOUT THE ROLE This role is responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and coordination aspects of luxury residential construction. The Project Manager serves as a central point of communication between ownership, superintendents, subcontractors, municipalities, and, when applicable, homeowners. This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who values autonomy, accountability, and long-term alignment with a growing luxury builder. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, risk management, and change orders Collaborate with Senior and Assistant Superintendents to execute project plans Participate in design development, constructability reviews, and early cost planning Coordinate subcontractor bidding, analyze proposals, and support selection Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Track budgets, review invoices, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting Coordinate long-lead materials, subcontractor sequencing, and utilities Communicate with ownership, field teams, subcontractors, municipalities, and homeowners QUALIFICATIONS 3-7+ years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and methods Ability to read and interpret construction plans Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel Organized, proactive, and strong communicator LEADERSHIP AND MINDSET Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Calm and solutions-focused in challenging situations Strong communication skills with clients, trades, and internal teams Comfortable operating independently without micromanagement Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership over assigned projects
