Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions honing in on communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate with fellow clinicians, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans. Provide resources and educational support to patients and families to promote progress outside of therapy sessions. Facilitate periodic inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a seamless care experience for each patient. Keep detailed and timely documentation per regulatory standards and internal policies. Remain informed on the latest trends and developments in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and professional collaboration. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA. Licensure and Credentials Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
