Job Overview We invite applications for a full-time Associate Dentist role, operating four days per week. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and demonstrates strong production ability. You will initially be responsible for performing your own hygiene procedures, with plans to hire a dedicated hygienist as the practice expands. Key Responsibilities Perform a comprehensive range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop effective treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care practices. Initially provide dental hygiene services to patients. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active dental license in Kentucky. Demonstrated high production achievement and clinical excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition for practice ownership. Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed daily rate of $750.
