Your role will involve utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will effectively delegate, direct, and support your nursing team, ensuring accountability for optimal patient outcomes while demonstrating respect for diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities include: Using the nursing process effectively in patient care delivery. Identifying learning needs and teaching strategies for patients and families. Communicating and managing resources within the nursing team. Promoting data-driven changes to achieve better health outcomes. Enhancing customer satisfaction and staff morale. Adapting communications to suit diverse patient populations. Performing additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements: Required: Registered nurse diploma. Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Experience Required: No prior experience required. Certifications: Required: Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area. Essential Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to exercise good judgment. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
