A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed to provide dedicated support to a student in the transition program at a high school in Pittsfield, MA. This role involves working closely with an independent male student who has a seizure disorder, ensuring his safety by following established seizure protocols and offering consistent assistance throughout the school day. Schedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM Responsibilities: Provide attentive care and supervision to one student with a seizure disorder Follow proper seizure protocol as necessary to maintain student safety Support the student during daily activities and transitions within the school setting Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Collaborate with school staff as needed Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required Experience working with individuals with seizure disorders or similar conditions preferred Ability to maintain a calm and attentive presence Strong communication skills and reliability Location: Pittsfield, MA, offers a welcoming community with beautiful surroundings ideal for those seeking a balance of professional commitment and quality of life.
