Property Coordinator BioMed Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support our operations team. In this role, the Property Coordinator will assist with the financial and accounting activities related to property management, maintenance, and construction operations. The position will also provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the operations team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting day-to-day operational and financial activities across the portfolio. What You'll Do Support property operations including maintenance coordination, construction activities, and tenant requests. Assist with financial administration including purchase orders, invoice coding, approval routing, and tracking of accounts payable and receivable activity. Help prepare and track operating budgets, timelines, and project plans. Maintain organized records related to tenants, vendors, contracts, and operational documentation. Coordinate contractor work in common areas with engineering and building operations teams. Monitor and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants, vendors, and contractors. Create and manage service requests and work orders in Building Engines. Support tenant communication regarding building operations and landlord-scheduled maintenance. Assist with operational reporting, vendor bid reviews, and project updates. Generate Nexus Payables reports, support vendor setup processes, and track ESG and sustainability metrics including waste diversion and utility usage. Experience & Qualifications Experience supporting property management, commercial real estate operations, or property accounting functions. Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes, purchase orders, invoice processing, or administrative coordination. Associate degree (AS/AA) in business, real estate, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Nexus Payables and Building Engines is helpful but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail when preparing documentation, reports, and communications. Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour ($58,000 - $73,000 base per year) + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
