Overview: As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will be central to delivering safe, effective anesthesia services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will support a variety of surgical procedures, including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac cases. Enjoy a stable schedule with no call shifts, and the flexibility to work weekends or 2-3 weeks per month, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Required Skills: Valid RN license with current state certification in WV Certified as a CRNA with current board certification Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital or outpatient setting ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-paced environments Proficiency with Cerner EMR system Strong communication and critical thinking skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including 12-hour options Nice to Have Skills: Experience working across multiple surgical specialties Prior experience in ambulatory surgery centers Ability to handle complex cases or pediatric populations with proficiency Bilingual skills or additional certifications Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Active license and certifications in good standing At least 2 years of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital setting Other Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) on a 5x8 schedule Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable Join us now to elevate your career in a rewarding environment that values expertise, dedication, and teamwork.
