Job Title: Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday - No on-call or weekends required Setting: Inpatient Job Description: Provide medical/psychiatric/nursing care for acute and chronic health problems Promote wellness through preventive and intervention methods Evaluate, manage, and initiate referrals in line with patient needs and clinical protocols Offer telephonic consultation and after-hours/weekend call duty when necessary Qualifications: Master's in Nursing from an accredited university or college Florida licensure as a registered nurse and certification as an APRN Specialty education or training in psychiatry Certification by ANCC as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Minimum of one year of experience as an ANCC board certified Psychiatric APRN Current CPR and CPI certifications APPLY NOW!
