As a Registered Nurse, you will use the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation—to deliver essential direct and indirect patient care tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Your role includes utilizing your knowledge and judgment to guide ancillary staff while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for patients, families, and healthcare team members. You will maintain patient confidentiality and address the unique comfort and privacy needs based on patients' age and condition, and you will complete annual competency requirements relevant to your responsibilities.
