Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessments & Treatments : Assess and treat patients based on individualized care plans to meet their unique needs. Documentation : Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in a timely manner. Program Development : Plan, market, and develop new programs to enhance patient care and improve overall outcomes. Effective Communication : Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Staff Education : Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff. Clinic Operations : Assist with the general operations of the therapy department, maintaining high standards of care and efficiency.
