Job Description

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in Richmond, CA. This contract position offers the chance to work within a school environment providing teletherapy and in-person services to pediatric students, enhancing their communication skills and overall academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Deliver therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC). Eligible or licensed to work in school settings (SLP - School). Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) is preferred. Experience providing teletherapy services (SLP - Teletherapy). Background working with pediatric populations (SLP - Pediatrics). Familiarity with healthcare-related speech therapy practices is a plus (SLP - Healthcare). Location: Richmond, California Contract Duration: Complete School Year (CSY) This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing full-time or part-time hours to accommodate your professional goals.
