Position Overview for Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant In this role, you will engage in both inpatient and outpatient complex consultations related to invasive cardiology procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-and post-care in this subspecialty, dealing with conditions including ACS, CHF, PAD, TAVR, and more. You will make independent clinical decisions, manage procedure-related issues, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to provide exceptional patient-centered care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Connecticut. National Board Certification, or eligible for certification, as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred. Cardiology experience is highly preferred. We're Committed to Career Growth.
