InHome Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. You'll provide one-on-one care to geriatric patients in their homes throughout Waukegan, IL, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $67 - $85 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in the IHT's 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements.
