Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine practice to work 2-3 days per week. Family Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include educating patients about disease prevention, performing diagnostic tests and managing the overall care for patients. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to help identify and address complex medical conditions.
