A nursing professional is needed to deliver coordinated and compassionate care in a scenic coastal community setting. This contract opportunity involves providing nursing services with a focus on critical thinking, clinical judgment, and supervisory skills to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to assigned patients following evidence-based standards and nursing processes. Supervise and direct nursing staff activities, ensuring coordinated care delivery. Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in discharge planning to support seamless continuity of care. Educate patients, families, and team members on health and safety strategies. Delegate tasks appropriately within the healthcare team. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. CPR, BLS, or equivalent certification is mandatory. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
