The Opportunity: Our client, one of the largest and most respected home health providers in the western U.S., is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation services across Eugene and Salem, OR. This role combines clinical autonomy, patient-centered care, and flexible scheduling with the stability of a full-time position and full benefits package.
